When will my Qurbani/Udhiya with National Zakat Foundation be completed so I can cut my hair and nails?
If you’ve made the intention to offer a Qurbani, it is recommended—based on a hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ)—that you refrain from cutting your hair and nails from the start of Dhul Hijjah until your Qurbani is completed. National Zakat Foundation (NZF) Canada plans to fulfill all Qurbani/Udhiya between the 10th and 13th of Dhul Hijjah. You will receive an email notification upon completion of your Qurbani. After receiving this notification, you may proceed with trimming your hair and nails.
